We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our fantastic team at Sangwell House in Clowne, a beautifully designed supported living service where independence, dignity, and community come first.

About Sangwell House

Sangwell House is a modern, purpose-built service offering 16 one-bedroom apartments, each with open-plan living spaces and wet-room style ensuites. Ground-floor apartments are fully accessible, featuring drop counters, self-opening doors, and assistive technology like video intercoms, automatic blinds, and a nurse-call system.

The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. Residents enjoy a balance of independence and connection—private living spaces with access to shared gardens, social activities, and a consistent, caring staff team.

“Sangwell House apartments are all beautiful. The property has a very happy and homely atmosphere. It’s very much a family environment, with a small team of staff who are consistent—they are invested in making this a comfortable and happy place for all of the people we support.”
