Care Support Worker - Chesterfield

We are currently recruiting part-time support worker for our supported living service in Chesterfield. This is a 30-hour contract and the successful candidate must be flexible to work early, late and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

Job Description

Lifeways are currently looking to recruit support workers in the Chesterfield area for their new setting. This will be to support people with a varied need of support in a person-centred way to live their best lives. Some duties will include personal care support, supporting people into the community, supporting people with their interests and hobbies alongside other day to day support.

Lifeways deliver caring, honest, innovative, and courageous support to those that need it. You will work with existing and knowledgeable staff and work together as one team ensuring everyone is treated equal. You will have support from the management team and have the opportunity to grow within the business.

No experience is required as you will be given full training to enable you to carry out your role.
