Job Description

Support Worker – Brentwood
Salary: £12.71 per hour

We currently have roles available across the Brentwood area locations below :

CM13 2ER

CM13 1RH

CM13 1NZ

Contract - 20/30 hours per week or Full time 37.5 hours per week

Hours:  a mix of 08:00-22:00, 08:00-16:00,22:00-08:00 sleep in's some night work may be required 

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.

• Acquired brain injuries
• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health conditions

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You’ll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Hobbies, activities, and social events
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
