The people we support range in age from their 20s to 70s and enjoy a wide variety of activities—from film nights and day trips to summer barbecues in our accessible garden. Shift Pattern

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Full flexibility required, including weekends
• Night cover may also be needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
