Make a Real Impact in a Fast-Paced Finance Team

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Support Administrator to join our dynamic Finance Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a key support role, collaborating across departments to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency across our services.

You’ll play an essential part in ensuring that commissioned care hours are correctly billed, payments flow smoothly, and client records are up-to-date. If you thrive in a busy, supportive team, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong grasp of admin or finance processes, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day billing activity, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with delivered hours

  • Liaise with Operational teams and Billing Analysts to reconcile commissioned vs delivered care

  • Support the finance team in resolving account queries and updating service user data

  • Assist with credit control and respond to internal stakeholder questions

  • Ensure billing is authorised, compliant, and audit-ready

  • Maintain accurate records using finance systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Identify and flag any inconsistencies, delays, or risks to billing quality

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum)

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (confident using VLOOKUPs and PivotTables)

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Comfortable working with incomplete datasets and problem-solving independently

Desirable

  • 1+ year experience in billing, invoicing, or finance administration
