We’re currently seeking Bank Support Workers in Mansfield who bring experience in mental health and challenging behaviour—and a deep commitment to person-centred care.
Shifts available
- Day shifts: 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm
- Waking nights: 10pm-8am
- Sleep-in shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday life
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team in a structured, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural support
- Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- A genuine passion for helping others thrive
