Our Lifeways service in Northampton provides specialist support and recovery services for people with enduring mental health needs.
You do not require previous experience, but you need to possess qualities of confidence, emotional resilience, quick decision making and understand boundaries.

• Shift patterns vary between 8am-10pm, Mon – Sun, working alternate weekends
