The Role

• Position: Male Bank Support Worker
• Location: Swindon (working across two nearby services in SN2 )
• Shifts: Flexible bank hours including:
  • Service 1 -Day shifts (7am to 10pm) 
  • Service 2 - 7.5-hour shifts 15-hour shifts (10am to 7pm) - Sleep-ins (10pm to 7am)

This is an active and engaging service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting others, and being part of day-to-day community life. The role involves some personal care and supporting individuals with behaviours that may challenge.
