Flexible Roles Available – Sessional / Bank Contracts

We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle:

  • Day Shifts: 7am–8pm or 9am–10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm–7am (or 5:30am if needed)
  • Wake Nights: 7pm–9am or 9am–9pm


Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

 

Driving Forward Together

This service requires staff who are happy to drive our company vehicles. A full UK driving licence is essential.

 

Supporting Complex Needs

You’ll be supporting individuals with non-verbal communication and challenging behaviours. Experience is beneficial, but not essential—we provide full training and support.

 

 What We’re Looking For

  • Passionate, caring individuals who want to make a real impact.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude—no restrictions on availability.
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is helpful, but not required.
