The Role

We’re recruiting Bank Support Workers across our Liverpool services.

• Contract: Bank (0 hours)
• Days: Monday–Sunday
• Shifts: shifts vary depending on weekly activities with a maximum of 08:00–22:00 / 22:00–08:00 / Sleep‑ins required at some of our services

You’ll support people with:

• Autism
• Learning disabilities
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries
• Mental health needs

Activities include shopping, baking, gardening, cinema trips, bowling, community outings plus lots more.

You’ll support with:

• Personal care (where needed)
• Daily living tasks
• Medication
• Building independence and confidence
• Supporting personal goals
• Keeping accurate records
