Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health)
Location: Home Based with Regional travel - Covering Manchester, York, Leeds, Bradford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Pension + 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) + other benefits
Reports to: Quality and Practice Manager

Your Role:
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health), you’ll:
- Collaborate with scheme managers to promote best practices in supported housing schemes.
- Provide clinical guidance on governance, risk management, safeguarding, and care standards.
- Build partnerships with healthcare and voluntary services, promoting a multi-agency approach.
- Support team resilience through reflective practice sessions and training.
- Create recovery-oriented, person-centred care plans with a focus on proactive support.
About You:
- Registered Professional: Qualified as a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or similar.
- Experienced in Mental Health: Strong background in community or inpatient mental health settings.
- Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication skills, able to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with digital care practices is a plus.
- Specialized Training: Training in trauma-informed care, forensic pathways, or community mental health is a plus.
