Night Shift Pattern

• 2 nights per week
• 22.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday: 9:45pm - 8:00am
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:45pm - 8:00am

About the Role

As a Care Support Worker, you'll support people with a variety of needs, including:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Acquired brain injuries
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health needs

Your role may include:

• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Supporting with daily routines and activities
• Helping people engage with their local community
• Ensuring individuals feel safe, respected and valued
