In 1995 Lifeways opened its first location for people with complex needs. Over 25 years later and we’ve grown to become the UK’s largest supported living specialist and are proud to help almost 5,000 people to live more fulfilling, independent lives.

The people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Lifeways. You may support them to go to work, do personal tasks, do household jobs or enjoy their favourite hobby.
Your role will be varied and no two days will be the same. Whether you’re new to supporting people or have years of experience, you will get the training and support you need to do your job really well, through our learning and development programme.
